Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a washing solution for electronics whose washing capability is equivalent or better than that of halogen system solvent, which does not corrode or damage a washed object, especially, does not elute aluminum and, further, which has high safety for a human body and an environment.
CONSTITUTION: The washing solution for electronics of the present invention is composed of 99.8-65wt.% of petroleum distillate which contains not less than 20wt.% of aromatic hydrocarbon of at least one among trimethyl benzenes, methylethyl benzenes and propyl benzenes and 0.2-35wt.% of 1-8C lower alcohol.
