Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a stable product of fat-soluble substances dispersible in cold water and usable as a nutrient for a man as well as a nutrient for animals by using a water-soluble or water-dispersible lignin deriv. as a matrix component. CONSTITUTION: An aq. emulsion of a water-soluble or water-dispersible lignin deriv. such as sodium lignin sulfonate or calcium lignin sulfonate is prepd. as a matrix and fat-soluble substances such as vitamins A, D, E and K, carotenoid, unsatd. fatty acids, oil and fat are incorporated into the aq. emulsion to obtain the objective stable product.
