PURPOSE: To facilitate the production of a resin film one of whose surfaces has stronger adhesiveness than the other, by forming a film from low-density polyethylene containing a small amount of low-MW polybutene and subjecting one surface of the film to corona discharge treatment.
CONSTITUTION: A film is formed from a resin composition containing (A) 95W 99.5wt% low-density polyethylene (and/or ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer of a vinyl acetate content of below 10wt%) and (B) 5W0.5wt% low-MW polybutene of a number average MW of about 500W3,000, by an inflation process, a T die process, or the like. Then, one of the surfaces of the film is subjected to corona discharge treatment. Just after the corona discharge treatment, the produced surface-treated film shows not so strong tackiness of the treated surface and, therefore, can be wound up easily, while after about 48hr or longer from the winding, the polybutene has migrated into the treated surface and gives strong tackiness to this surface.
