PURPOSE: To provide a rice-cooker wherein the rice-cooker main body has a small height and a lead wire connecting between base boards is short and electric adjustment can be performed before combining it into the rice-cooker main body.
CONSTITUTION: A control base board 18 carrying an operational base board 16, an inverter circuit and a heat radiating fin 17 is fixed on the front face part of a rice-cooker main body 8 by a base of a base board 15 and is connected with a lead wire 19. The operational base board 16 is attached under an inclined condition on the upper face of the rice-cooker main body 8 and the control base board 18 is approximately vertically attached below it and the base of the base board 15 is inclined in the same direction as that of the operational base board 16 so as to cover the lower side of the operational base board 16 and is constituted so as to cover the control base board 18 from the lower side of the inclination.
