PURPOSE: To maintain the intensity of the high polymer piezo-electric member and to improve the workability by providing a metal lead to be extended from the side of a dumper to the back end side and connecting the drawing part of the polymer piezo-electric member and the metal lead at the side of the dumper.
CONSTITUTION: A metal lead 16 consisting of, for example, stainless is attained on both sides of a rubber dumper 9 and is extended to the back end. An exciter part 5 of a polymer piezo-electric member 2 is attached to a dumper 9 and a drawing part 6 is connected to the metal lead 16. In measuring the characteristic after attaching the polymer piezo-electric member 2 to the dumper 9, the metal lead 16 is connected to the terminal of the measurement device. Thus, the external power to be applied on the drawing part 6 can be reduced as it does not directly touch human's hands and terminals. Thus, the peeling of the drawing electrodes 8 and the polymer piezo-electric member can be prevented and the intensity can be maintained.
