Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-power filter device excellent in temperature stability and frequency selectivity and having little insertion loss by fixing a shield case block housing a filter element, to which the signal input-and-output parts are connected, in a closed space, to a cooling plate arranged inside a heat insulating container housing the above by thermal contact. SOLUTION: A filter element is housed in a closed space inside a shield case block 1 and provided with signal input parts 2a and signal output parts. The shield case block 1 is fixed in a state that the bottom comes in thermal contact with a cooling plate 3. The cooling plate 3 is connected to a thermal conduction part 5 and fixed inside a heat insulation container 4. Signals inputted from input terminals 8a go through cables 7a, signal input parts 2a and pass through the filter element inside the shield case block 1 followed by going through signal output parts, cables 7b so as to be outputted from output terminals 8b. From the above, a small-sized low temperature operation filter device having a low loss besides a high output and being excellent in temperature stability and a frequency characteristic can be realized.
