Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve cleanness by easily excluding food refuse on an upper surface of a top plate out of the plate.
CONSTITUTION: A top plate 23 is so moved upward that, when a top plate retainer 16 is slid in a direction of an arrow A, an upper surface of the plate 23 becomes higher than that of the retainer 16. Thus, at least a part of a body 11 is lowered from the upper surface of the plate 23.
