PURPOSE: To suppress a vibration at the time of dehydration to a low level by using a liquid balancer.

CONSTITUTION: A liquid-balancer 33 is provided on the outer periphery of a spindrying tab 5 which also works as a washing drum, being rotatably controlled with a horizontal shaft as the center. The liquid-balancer 33 is constituted of a plurality of independent balance chambers I which are provided in the circumferential direction of the spindrying tub which also works as a washing drum and in which a liquid is filled, and a continuous balance chamber which is provided in parallel with and communicated with the independent balance chamber which is provided in parallel with and communicated with the independent balance chambers I/and communicated with the respective independent balance chamgers I via a independent balance chambers I via a communicating passage and is formed into a ring-shape. Then, all of the plurality of indenpendent balance chambers are made to have the same volume. At the same time, the communicating passage is provided at a location which is closer to the outer periphery of the each independent balance chamber and at the central part in the circumferential direction. Also, a water draining space is ensured between the outer peripheral surface of the spindrying tub 5 which also works as a washing drum and the inner peripheral surface of the liquid balancer.
