Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately assign communication resources by declaring a charge which can be provided at the time of distribution for every communication data requiring distribution and deciding a combination of the communication data and a distribution method on the basis of the capability of a communication line to which declaration contents of each receive node and each node are connected so that the total amount of the charge provided by each receive node becomes large. SOLUTION: A reservation request list is prepared for the reservation request to be transmitted from a relay node M2 to an upper order node based on the reservation request transmitted from each downstream node. At the interchange node M2, charges registered with the reservation request transmitted from each receive node B and C are added for each stream and a reservation request list 11b, in which the total charge of a stream #1 is '4', the total amount of a stream '2', and the total charge of a stream #3 is '5', is prepared. Also at a relay node M1, a reservation request list 11a is prepared based on the reservation request transmitted from each downstream node and on the basis of this, the reservation request is transmitted to a transmission node S.
