Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve reactivity by spreading a spreadable liq. contg. a precursor of aluminosilicate and an amphiphatic substance having a polar group and a hydrophobic group added to both terminals of the molecule on the surface of a substrate and removing the solvent from the resulting liq. film. CONSTITUTION:A silica source such as silica sol is dissolved in an alkali soln. such as an NaOH soln. to prepare a silica soln. having a prescribed concn. and an Al source such as sodium aluminate is added to obtain a precursor of aluminosilicate. A similar precursor may be obtd. from org. alkoxysilane and alkoxy aluminum. The precursor and an amphiphatic substance having a polar group such as sulfonate and a hydrophobic group such as alkyl added to both terminals of the molecule and having bimolecular film forming ability, e.g. a compd. represented by formula I are dispersed in pure water to prepare a spreadable liq. This liq. is dropped on a substrate of glass, 'Fluropore(R)', etc., and allowed to stand. After the solvent is evaporated, the amphiphatic substance is extracted with chloroform, etc., and a thin aluminosilicate film is obtd.
