PURPOSE: To eliminate joining work on a flexible printed circuit board with a head cable pattern by constituting the head cable pattern through a magnetic head and a main body on a supporting plate consisting of insulation material directly and integrally.

CONSTITUTION: By notching the supporting plate 1 of a magnetic head made of rubber in a concentric circular arc shape, a function similar to a gimbals is obtained. The plate 1 is used for a movable side mainly, and on whose surface the head cable pattern 2 is printed, pressed or vapor deposited and they are constituted directly and integrally. Then, the pattern performs a role connecting a recording and reproducing coil and an erasing coil to an FDD main body.
