PURPOSE: To reutilize a toner container by attachably and detachably fitting a bottom cover to it as for the toner container constituted so that the toner charging port of a container main body on an opposite side to a toner discharging port is blocked by the bottom cover.

CONSTITUTION: The bottom cover 2 of the toner container is fixed as the toner charging port 7 of the container main body 1 by engaging with the edge of an opened part. The toner discharging port is provided on the opposite side to the cover 2 of the container. Besides, a projecting engagement part 8 whose cross-section is square is provided on the edge of the port 7 by swelling the edge thereof so as to surround the port 7. The engagement part 8 is disposed by positioning the corner 8a of the square at the uppermost part and inclining both sides 8b adjacent to the corner 8a downward to both sides from the corner 8a. Both sides 8c adjacent to both sides 8b are coupled to the wall of the charging port 1a of the main body 1. Besides, a recessed engagement part 9 engaged with the engagement part 8 of the main body 1 is provided at the lower surface of the edge of the cover 2 so as to surround it. In order to enhance sealing property, it is good to provide many places where both engagement parts 8 and 9 are closely brought into contact with each other and to make the closely contact area thereof large.
