Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce operating time, man-hour, and a cost by providing a barrel tank which is formed spirally and in multiple up and down stages, in a space between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder and filling said space with a vibration isolating filler and fixing the whole barrel tank. CONSTITUTION:A barrel tank 3 which is formed spirally and in multiple up and down stages is installed in a space in between an inner cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder 2, and the space is filled with a vibration isolating filler of foamed plastic 4 such as a foamed polyurethane, etc. fixing the whole barrel tank 3, to form a multiple stage tank vibration barreling machine. Accordingly, since the whole of the barrel tank 3 is fixed being covered with the foamed plastic 4, the barrel tank 3 can be securely fixed only fixing it to the inner cylinder 1 or the outer cylinder 2 in about three places per one round of the barrel tank 3, totally eliminating the need for screwing and, thereby, reducing working time, man-hour, and a cost. Also, fittings and bolts, etc. can be greatly reduced making a machine light weight and excellent in sound isolating effect.
