Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve throughput as a whole by providing a means to process plural requests at one time of communication when transient transmission is performed. CONSTITUTION:A packet transmitted from a computer is received by the packet transmission part 9 of a data ring control part 8, and the content of the packet is transferred to a data processing part 10, then, a data working process can be started. A command specification and data attached on a command are transferred to a two-port RAM 12, and a signal to request the execution of a transient request is turned on to a sequence control part 14. After that, it is judged whether or not a response from the sequence control part 14 is returned, and when it is returned, response data(transient answer) is saved transiently from the two-port RAM 12 to a transient data part 7, and a paragraph character (Yen) representing the presence of transient answer output of one block is attached. When all the packets are prepared, a station transmits them as a response message of transient request.
