Abstract:
PURPOSE:To organically effectively operate a plurality of producing equipments and efficiently execute a series of production processing by connecting a step management network and a data net work to each producing equipment. CONSTITUTION:When a processing content is inputted, a job registration part 10 recognizes the processing content as a job group of one unit, and registers it in a step management part 30 through a step management network 100. When an operator conducts job assignment in a job assignment part 20, each job is stored in a job cue table in a process management part 30. Each producing equipment 40A, 40B reads and executes the job in the corresponding job cue table, and a formed material data is stored in a memory part 60 through a data network 200. Each producing equipment reads the necessary material data from the memory part 60 under the management of a data management part 50, when the material data in the memory part 60 is required to execute the assigned job.
