PURPOSE: To carry toner out to a connected auger easily without blocking the toner at a valve by scattering the toner carried in from a filter through the elasticity of airtight rotating valve blades which rotate all the time.

CONSTITUTION: Projection parts 23 are formed at the inner circumferential part of the cylinder body 19 of the rotating valve and elastic blades 24 are provided in the cylinder body 19. Recovered toner is separated from air in a cyclone filter 18 to fall, and carried out by the valve 19 into the pipe 21 of the carrying auger 20. The blades 24 are 0.5W1.0mm greater than the internal diameter of the cylinder body 19, so airtightness is held. The supplied toner is deposited in gaps of the blades 24 and turns in the cylinder 19 to scatter the toner by the deformation of the blades struck with the projection part 23. Consequently, no toner is blocked at the circumferences of the blades 24. The rotating valve rotates all the time and the blades 24 continue this operation, so the toner is carried out to the pipe 21 of the auger 20 without any bank.
