CONSTITUTION: In s remote management device which is provided with a host computer 24 connected to plural terminal equipments 20a to 20n to use articles of consumption by a communication line 22 and to execute the management of each terminal equipment 20a to 20n by receiving the using information of the articles of consumption, and executes the replacement of the articles of consumption on the basis of articles of consumption replacing time data obtained from the host computer 24, the articles of consumption are provided with built-in fuses 25a to 25m to be cut at over a prescribed current value, and simultaneously, each of terminal equipments 20a to 20n is provided with a non-volatile storage means to store articles of consumption using threshold and a control means to judge whether the articles of consumption have been replaced or not by detecting whether any of the fuses 25a to 25m was cut or not, and simultaneously, initialize the stored contents of the storage means when the article of consumption is judged to have been replaced.
