Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform highly accurate measurement by providing a constant-speed motor and a variable-speed motor which drive screw feeders having the large diameter and the small diameter, respectively, and using an agitating blade having a specific attaching structure. CONSTITUTION:When a measurement starting switch is depressed, a high-speed cutting gate 20 which is provided at a discharge pipe 19 is opened. A cup 21 is opened at the lower side with an actuator 22. After this attitude is set, a constant-speed motor 24 and a viriable-speed motor 12 are started with a control circuit 34. Thus screws 17b and 18b having the large diameter and the small diameter are rotated. Powder which is lowered into a feeding chamber 13 from a hopper 15 is inputted into a measuring container through the discharge pipe 19. When the screw 18b is rotated, the rotation of a driving shaft 18c of a small-diameter screw feeder 18 is transferred to a driving shaft 23a of an agitating blade 23 through gears 29 and 30. The blade 23 is linked and rotated in the reverse direction. The powder is smoothly supplied into the screws 17b and 18b by the rotation of the blade 23. Thus highly accurate measurement can be performed.
