Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a permanent-magnet rotor which can prevent a drop in reliability and performance by a method wherein an elastically deformable coupling part is formed in a position facing the edge of every ring-shaped permanent magnet in the outer circumferential part, its inner circumferential part is fixed and bonded to a rotor shaft and its outer circumferential part is fixed and bonded to the edge of the permanent magnet via the coupling part. SOLUTION: One pair of ring-shaped magnet fixation plates 3 are arranged so as to come into contact with the step part 1a of a rotor shaft 1 and with both edges of every permanent magnet 2, and protrusion-shaped coupling parts 3a in which a very small crack is provided so as not to be fractured are formed in positions which face the edge of every permanent magnet 2 in the outer circumferential part. Then, at both magnet fixation plates 3, their inner circumferential parts are fixed and bonded to the edge of the step part 1a by a welding operation, and their outer circumferential parts are fixed and bonded to the edge of every permanent magnet 2 by, e.g. a laser welding operation via the coupling parts 3a. Consequently, since the coupling parts 3a are deformed elastically in the axial direction and the circumferential direction so as to absorb a difference in an expansion and contraction amount, the life of a rotor becomes long, and the reliability of the rotor can be enhanced.
