PURPOSE: To positively burn shell and stagnated coke formed at lower part of a raceway.
CONSTITUTION: In a tuyere 1 for blast furnace composed of a small tuyere 2 for blowing hot blast into the blast furnace and a large tuyere 3 for supporting this small tuyere 2 a piping 4 for blowing combustion air and fuel, coming into a barrel part from the center peripheral surface 3a of the barrel part positioned at the outer part from the furnace wall 24 in the blast furnace in the large tuyere 3 and projecting into the blast furnace from the tip part of the barrel part through the barrel part 3b, is arranged. Further, in the tuyere 1 for blast furnace, another piping 14 for blowing the combustion air and the fuel, coming into the large tuyere by penetrating the barrel part 3b from the outer peripheral surface 3a of the barrel part positioned at the outer part from the furnace wall 24 of the blast furnace in the large tuyere 13 and penetrating the barrel part of the small tuyere from near the tip part of the small tuyere toward the lower part by extending to near the tip part of the small tuyere along the inner peripheral surface of the barrel part of the small tuyere 12 supported to the large tuyere 13 from the large tuyere 13 is arranged. By this method, the gas ventilation and liquid penetration in the blast furnace are improved.
