PURPOSE: To facilitate mounting and demounting of an air intake on and from the carburetor of an outboard motor and mounting and demounting of a blow by gas passage on and from to the air intake.
CONSTITUTION: The engine E of an outboard motor 0 has a carburetor 29 arranged to the upper stream end of an intake air manifold 28 and an air intake 30 is removably fixed to the carburetor 29 by means of two molts 44. The cylinder block 21 of the engine E and the coupling part 302 of the intake air 30 are interconnected through blow through gas passages 40 and 41 between which an oil separator 39 is located in the middle. A coupling part 30, is arranged in a position deviated upward from the axes of the two bolts 44. Thus, operation of the bolt 44 by means of which the air intake 30 is mounted and demounted and mounting and demounting of the blow by gas passage 41 on and from the coupling part 302 are performed without any trouble.
