Title:
【発明の名称】可塑性制御素子
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2804116
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain plasticity by arranging a pair of electrodes for electrolysis composed of a first electrode, for which an electrolytic polymetrizing high polymer film is formed on the surface, and a second electrode forming the electrolytic polymetrizing high polymer film is formed on the surface through an electrolytic layer so as to be faced each other and arranging a pair of electrodes for conductivity measurement through the electrolytic layer. CONSTITUTION:For a first electrode 1A, the electrolytic polymetrizing high polymer film including anionic dopant to reversibly complement or discharge cation is formed on the surface and for a second electrode 2A, the electrolytic polymetrizing high polymer film not including the aniotic dopant is formed on the surface. Then, a pair of the electrodes for electrolysis composed of these first and second electrodes 1A and 2A are arranged through the electrolytic layer to be faced each other. Further, a pair of the electrodes for conductivity measurement are arranged through this electrolytic layer to be faced each other. Thus, a voltage to be impressed between the first and second electrodes is defined as an input signal and a peculiar plastic response of a voltage/current is obtained so that the transmission efficiency of the current can be gradually changed and further the change of the transmission efficiency can be plastically changed by the polarity, etc., of the electrode together with the impressing time or the number of times for impressing pulses.
