PURPOSE: To provide the management device which performs plural kinds of independent management by using a reprinting machine and basic data for the management of printing and reprinting and can perform the reprinting by the reprinting machine.

CONSTITUTION: This device consists of at least a memory device 2, a display device 5, an input device 3, the reprinting device 4, and a processor 1 and data of a master file between memory devices are updated with data inputted from an input device 3 according to a format; and a file of erased data to be sent out to the reprinting device 4 and erased and a print data file for printing are generated from the new generated master file and data of updated parts. When there is erased data, the data is sent out to the reprinting device according to the format to erase a print and the print data are sent out and printed. Consequently, the new master file is updated and printed matter is also updated similarly according to the format; and the printed matter can also be erased and updated as well as the master file, so reuse and printed matter can be managed and the economy and management quality are improved.
