Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device for detecting a work holding position easy in maintain satisfactory in the operation of a cam body and excellent in the detec tion accuracy of a work.
CONSTITUTION: A limit switch 16, a cam body 8 which can move in the axial direction while abutting on an actuator 17 of a limit switch 16, bearings 2, 3 guiding the cam body 8 slidably and a compression spring 13 energizing the cam body 8 in the fixed direction are provided on a base plate 1. A tracer 9 abutting on the work W is provided on the cam body 8. A ball bearing 6 pivotally supporting the cam body 8 is provided on the bearing 2. Consequently, the part between the cam body 8 and the bearing 2 is made a point contact small in sliding resistance.
