Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for assembling a form in a narrow place and to promote work efficiency by laminating a foaming polystyrene block in a hollow section in a reinforced concrete strut, and using it as the form and a scaffold. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of anchors 4 are erected toward a hollow section of a reinforced concrete strut from the concrete foundation 1. After that, a foaming polystyrene block 5 is laminated in the hollow section while penetrating the anchors 4. Then, a top board is covered on the upper surface of the highest layer of the foaming polystyrene block 5, and the layer of the foaming polystyrene block 5 is clamped from the front ends of the anchors 4. At the same time, an outside form is executed at a specific interval, and concrete is placed between the layer of the foaming polystyrene block 5 and outside form. While repeating stage of work mentioned above, the reinforced concrete strut is extended to the required height. According to the constitution, the installation and removal of the scaffold are not required, and a construction period can be reduced.
