PURPOSE: To quickly recover an abnormal end operation and also to store the data on the abnormal end operation for contribution to the prevention of the future abnormal ends by providing a means on a center computer to store, retrieve and display the data on the abnormal end operation.

CONSTITUTION: At the center computer side B, at least a control part A1 is provided together with a storage part A2 which successively stores the data on the abnormal end operations occurring to the application software working at the terminal side A, a display part A2 which shows the abnormal end operation data concurrently with the fetching of them, and an abnormal end operation data retrieving part A3. At the side B, the data on the abnormal end operation data are stored and displayed concurrently with occurrence of the abnormal ends to the application software of the side A. Furthermore all stored abnormal end operation data can be retrieved. Thus, it is possible to quickly and accurately analyze the factors of faults and recover them based on those stored data.
