Abstract:
PURPOSE:To pick up an object at a desired angle in an excellent way by providing an oscillation section having an integrated image pickup lens mount section and a stationary part of an image pickup device to a case of a video signal processing circuit mounted onto a wall face or the like in a turning and locking enable way. CONSTITUTION:An image pickup lens oscillating device 12 having an integrated mount section of an image pickup lens and a stationary part of an image pickup device 14 is provided to a case 16 containing a video signal processing circuit 15 mounted onto a wall face 20A or the like. The device 12 is spherical and its turning range is a maximum of 30 deg. or so in upper/lower/left/right directions in terms of an angle of an optical axis of the lens 13 with respect to a turning center axis (o) and a maximum of 180 deg. or so clockwise and counter clockwise. Furthermore, the angle of the lens is set by a lock section of the device 12 and locked and a cable 16B connecting to a video output terminal 15k is connected to a TV monitor via a hole 20B. Thus, an object at a desired angle is picked up in an excellent way.
