PURPOSE: To mix, granulate, and dry a pulverulent material in one vessel automatically and continuously, by providing holes having opening and closing functions in the bottom plate of the vessel of a mixing and granulating machine and providing a means which blows dried air through these holes.

CONSTITUTION: Many holes are provided in a bottom plate 12 of a main body vessel 5 of a mixing and granulating machine, and a movable plate 45 facing to the lower face of the bottom plate 12 of the vessel 5 is provided vertically movably for the purpose of opening and closing these holes, and movable elements 46 which are fitted hermetically to holes of the bottom plate 12 are provided on the upper face of the plate 45, thus constituting of a valve mechanisms. A hot blast is introduced from a hollow chamber 44 through holes of the bottom plate 12 and holes 47 for the purpose of drying the pulverulent material in the vessel 5. Thus, the pulverulent material is mixed, granulated, and dried with one machine automatically and continuously.
