Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR AIR CONDITIONING UTILIZING SOLAR HEAT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5840438
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To decrease the capacity of a main freezer for a building by economically enabling utilization of solar heat for cooling the room without using the freezer or the like exclusively used for solar heat cooling and merely adding cheap machines and tools in addition to the general air conditioning facilities.

CONSTITUTION: External air taken into an air conditioner 1 is passed through a rotary type dehumidifier 2, and then through a sensible heat exchanger 5 to reduce humidity and cool room. Then, return air exhausted is passed through the sensible heat exchanger 5 and passed to be heated through a heater 6 using as a heat source solar heat due to a solar heat collector 7 and/or exhaust heat of an engine for driving a heat pump for said air conditioner, and then passed through a rotary type dehumidifier 2 to be used for reproduction. That is, an adsorption type freezer used exclusively for solar heat cooling is unrequired, and an ordinary full heat exchanger for taking-in external air is utilized, and basically by adding only the sensible heat exchanger 5, solar heat cooling becomes possible and it is economical.
