Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a difference between two input currents of the same polarity by configuring a current balance circuit with two transistors(TRs) whose base- emitter voltage and emitter area are the same. CONSTITUTION: Two currents i1 , i2 flow through parts T2 , T5 of a current balance TR placed on separate current branches 1, 2, and when there is any difference between the currents, a required current to balance the parts T2 , T5 of the current balance TR is supplied from a current output A of the circuit via current supply TRs T3 , T5 or discharged from the parts T2 , T5 of the current balance TR to the current output A via a current discharge part. Thus, the simple circuit is obtained, where a difference between two input currents of the same polarity can be formed.
