CONSTITUTION: A highrise park 22, which connects neighboring residential building, is installed to the upper story of the residential building 12 having a plurality of houses 14 where the sky park 22 is communicated with a vertical passage 20 by way of a contact passage. As a result, there is formed a traffic line which allows transverse movement on the upper floor. It is therefore, possible to expect the establishment of active communications between neighbors. The adjacent residential buildings 12 are laid out so that they may be off-set with the axis of X one after another. The residential buildings 12 are laid out so that the highrise park may be located on the extended line of the axis of Y of a house 14 of the residential buildings 12 which face each other. This highrise park 22 is opened upwardly and transversely, thereby maintaining a fine view in the Y axial direction by way of the sky park 22.
