PURPOSE: To activate a community as a monument making use of the space of a water's edge, by forming river banks or the like with precast concrete having passage ways and designing a cascading water (wall fall) so as to be appreciated from the rear side thereof.

CONSTITUTION: Precast concrete segments 2 provided with passage ways 5 are installed so as to cross a river 1 and a water channel 8 is provided as a fish way in order to secure the natural ecological system. And a cascading water is designed so as to be appreciated from the rear side. The passage ways 5 are laid at the lower side of a drainage cancel or at the supports of a spring. A water fall is appreciated from the rear side likewise. In this way, the space in a water's edge can be effectively used and the community can be activated through sightseeing.
