PURPOSE: To use a solar cell as an auxiliary power supply means for car, by arranging solar cells on a roofboard freely openable/closable thereby eliminating special working of chassis and improving compatibility.
CONSTITUTION: An insulation/buffer members 4a of such as silicon rubber assembled with solar cells 1 is arranged on an undercover formed with a recess then covered with glass cover 2 which is fastened through a deformed damper 28 and damper 27 by means of screws from the lower face of sunroof and a flange 26. The deformed stopper 28 is made of rigid material while the damper 27 is made of resilient material to prevent the solar cell and glass cover from cracking in case of overfastening. A rubber flange 26 is fixed across glass cover 2, flange 26 and undercover 30a then the fastening section is sealed to achieve water-tightness.
