PURPOSE: To check mutually information in the same content, by trasmitting the information to an opposite terminal so that the display content between the own terminal and the opposite terminal is the same in reproducing the past screen for display.

CONSTITUTION: In selecting a changeover switch 15 for reproduction and display to a composite circuit 12, the pieces of information of picture files 7A, 7B are displayed on a picture display 2. In turning off the changeover switch 17 in this case, the information is displayed only on the picture display 2 of the own terminal. In reproducing and displaying with the provision of the changeover switch 17 and the synthesis circuit 13, when the changeover switch 17 is turned on, the reproduced information is transmitted to the opposite terminal via the composite circuit 13 and a transmission buffer 8. For example, the reproduced information is displayed at a terminal 10 and the information is transmitted to a terminal 10', since the changeover switch 15' is selected to the position as shown in figure at the terminal 10', the information transmitted from the terminal 10 is applied to a picture memory 6' and displayed on a picture display 2'.
