PURPOSE: To eliminate the loading of an alignment jack on a truck by only adding a mounting and removal work of a jig which is easy to handle when carrying a synthetic resin-coated pipe into a primary lined tunnel by means of the truck and secondarily lining the tunnel by jointing this synthetic resin- coated pipe thus carried inside and further reducing an occupancy space for the truck and to perform secondary lining work with a larger-sized synthetic resin-coated pipe inside the tunnel.
CONSTITUTION: In a joint method which joints a connection pipe 3 with an existing pipeline B, a taper guide core A is pivotally mounted to either the pipe end of the existing pipeline or the pipe end of the connection pipe 3 from the inside of the pipe. A thrust force is applied to the connection pipe 3, thereby inserting the taper guide core A into the pipe end of the connection pipe 3 or the pipe end of the existing pipeline B resisting against a resistant force based on a core deviation of the connection pipe with the existing pipeline B. And then, the taper guide core A is removed from inside the connection pipe 3.
