Abstract:
PURPOSE:To dispense with the welding process, to increase the cooling effect and to contrive to make the size of a motor smaller by a method wherein the stator is fitted in the frame body consisting of a thin metal tube, and the entire surface of the frame body and the stator is tightly coupled by performing a bulge processing. CONSTITUTION:After the stator 5 has been fitted in the motor frame body 1 consisting of a thin metal tube, the stator 5 and the frame body 1 are coupled by performing the bulge processing on the part of the frame body 1 corresponding to the circumferential surface of the stator 5. As a result, the stator 5 and the frame body 1 are tightly contacted, cooling effect is improved because the outer circumferential surface is roughened, and the size of the entire motor can be made smaller.
