Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the working efficiency by fitting butted cores to a hole part of a nonmagnetic fixed member having the hole part so as to be fixed and assembling it into ont support and containing into a case.
CONSTITUTION: Core halves 12, 12' are constituted respectively by laminating one magnetic plate or plural magnetic plates. The core halves 12, 12' are provided with butted faces 12a, 12b and 12'a, 12'b, and many butted faces are put in order and arranged laterally so that the same faces are directed in the same direction and polished all together in advance. Further, the polished faces are opposed together and the polished faces 12a and 12'a, and 12b and 12b' are adhered closely while a bobbin assembly 15 is being assembled.
