Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the delay of operating time in a speed changer when it performs the select action at a low temperature of oil, by providing in an oil path, which communicates with the inlet port of an accumulator, a check valve opened and closed by a spring or the like made of shape-memory alloy. CONSTITUTION:A check valve 106, whose valve body 108 is urged in the opening direction by a spring 110 made of shape-memory alloy while in the closing direction by an ordinary spring 112, is provided in an oil path 104 communicating with an inlet port 12a of an accumulator 12. In this way, the delay of operating time in a speed changer when it performs the select action at a low temperature can be prevented by low-priced further compact constitution without causing the accumulator 12 to be actuated in its condition at a low temparature of oil because the check valve 106 closes the oil path 104 when a temperature of oil is lower than a predetermined value while opens the oil path 104 when the temperature of oil is higher than the predetermined value.
