Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve mechanical efficiency by supporting a pivotal plate 21 with a crankpin doing conical motion and a pivotal plate shaft, one end of which is fixed to do conical motion. CONSTITUTION:One end of a universal joint 22 integral with a pivotal plate 2 mounted on the outer periphery thereof is supported with a gradient on an eccentric point of one end of a driving shaft 4, and the other end of the universal joint 22 is fixed to an arbitrary extension point on a center line of the driving shaft 4, whereby the pivotal plate 21 is pivoted on the driving shaft 4 to convert rotation to reciprocation. Thus, the thrust load upon the pivotal plate 21 is received as radial load at a bearing 25 and the central part of the universal joint 22 to reduce the axial thrust load remarkably to enhance the mechanical strength and reduce the mechanical abrasion, resulting in improving mechanical efficiency.
