Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare a granular nourishing food by adding a water-soluble powdered embryo oil.
CONSTITUTION: Embryo oil is emulsified with water using an emulsifier such as gum arabic, sodium caseinate, etc. The emulsion is added with lactose, stirred thoroughly, and dried with spray drier. The dried powdery embryo is compounded with vitamins, minerals, saccharides and acids, and granulated with a granulator to obtain the objective granular nourishing food containing water-soluble powdered embryo oil.
