PURPOSE: To perform stable pulverization by individually providing tanks for a coating liquid and a washing liquid, and performing switching from the coating liquid to the washing liquid to be supplied.

CONSTITUTION: A container 12 has an opening part 13 atop, and a receiving tank 15 is linked to the bottom through a pipe 14 for liquid discharging. One end of a blast bylinder 16 is fixed to the container 12, and the flange 8 of an atomizer 1 is fixed to the other end. A printed plate 22 is positioned over the opening part 13 of the container 12, a liquid supply pipe 18 is provided successively to the liquid passage 3 of the atomizer 1. The other end of the pipe 18 is fixed to a three-way cock 19, which is provided successively to a tank 22 which contains a washing liquid 23 through a tank 20 containing a coating liquid and a pipe 24.
