Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for acceleration of a pulse motor by a method wherein a decision is made as to whether the motor is stepped out or not and the result is used in the selection of a prescribed speed pattern. CONSTITUTION:A pulse frequency pattern for changing or retaining a revolving speed is stored in a first region in a ROM2 and a self-activating pulse frequency for dissolving pulse motor maladjustment is stored in a second region. A microprocessor 5 decides whether the pulse motor is stepped out and, upon deciding it to be stepped out, the microprocessor 5 designates the second region in the ROM2 and, after activation by a self-activating pulse frequency, the pulse motor is accelerated by an accelerating pattern pulse frequency. And, when a decision is made that the pulse motor is rightly adjusted, the accelerating pattern pulse frequency is immediately used to activate and accelerate the pulse motor. This accelerates the pulse motor to a prescribed revolving speed in a short period of time.
