Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency for transfer of information, by selecting a storage device having high using efficiency to transmit the information by a request given from an host device and by means of a controller for available factor.
CONSTITUTION: An available factor controller 2 is set between a data processor 1 and storage devices 3A and 3B. The controller 2 is provided with a transfer processing part 4, a storage device selecting part 5, an available factor arithmetic part 6, and factor registers 7A and 7B and then selects a storage device having high available factor to an information transfer request given from the processor 1 to transfer the information.
