PURPOSE: To reduce the discontinuity of a maximum set discharge value by fitting the 1st and the 2nd stoppers to a spindle guide which supports a spindle for a handle for rotation a cam engaging an on-off valve by spline engagement, and engaging them with the handle.
CONSTITUTION: A spindle 20 is supported rotatably on a spindle guide 21 mounted on a housing 19, a cam shaft 22 which crosses a flow rate F is coupled with the spindle 20, and a cam 25 which opens and closes the on-off valve V1 is fitted on the shaft 22 rotatably within a specific angle range. Further, splines of the 1st and the 2nd stoppers 33 and 34 having projections are aligned to the spline of the guide 21, and the projection (not shown in a figure) of a handle 31 coupled with a spindle 20 is allowed to engage with the stoppers 33 and 34. Consequently, the maximum set discharge value is determined according to the fitting position of the stopper 34 on the guide 21 and the interval is set optionally by the number of teeth of the spline of the guide 21.
