Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent generation of rust from the cut end of the material and to prevent the material from becoming brittle after annealing, by blanking an amorphous thin metallic plate in gas atmosphere under specific temperature.
CONSTITUTION: An amorphous thin metallic plate in blanked in air, N2 or Ar gas atmosphere heated to above 80°C. By this way, generation of rust from the cut end of the sheared material is prevented, and the material is prevented from becoming brittle after annealing. Accordingly, magnetic and mechanical properties are improved.
