Abstract:
PURPOSE:To precisely suppress the unnecessary axial movement of a pivot by fitting a collar to the pivot and putting the collar between a bearing member and a position regulating member fitted to the bearing member. CONSTITUTION:A worm gear shaft 4 is successively engaged with bearing plates 2, 3 so that the collar 5 of the shaft 4 is contacted with the back of the bearing plate 2 and a tuning knob 6 is fitted to the end of the shaft 4. A position regulating plate 8 is fitted to the bearing plate 2 so that its suspending piece 8a is inserted and engaged into/with a groove 9a of a rib 9 and projections are inserted and engaged into/with the holes of a horizontal piece 8b. At that time, the collar 5 is put between the suspending piece 8a and the back of the bearing plate 2 and, under said condition, the projections 10 are melted and sticked to the holes.
