Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reliably detect an overcurrent by providing a voltage detecting transistor for turning ON and OFF a switching transistor in response to the voltage of a base coil connected to the transistor. CONSTITUTION:A voltage of a base coil 12 connected to the base of a switching transistor 10 is detected by a voltage detector 30. This detector 30 has a voltage detecting transistor 31 and a CR circuit 33. The CR circuit 33 supplies a sawtooth waveform voltage signal in response to the voltage level of the detection voltage signal to a detection interrupter 34. In this manner, a control transistor 20 is controlled, and the transistor 10 is further controlled.
