Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an organic matter decomposing film which can effectively prevent the accumulation of tar-like matter when applied to the inner wall of utensils, etc., consisting of a material having good thermal conductivity and radiation characteristics, an organic matter decomposing catalyst and a heat- resisting binder.

CONSTITUTION: A film consists of 15W50wt% fine powder (A) of a material having high thermal conductivity and excellent radiation characteristics (e.g. grapite, beryllium oxide or boron nitride), 0.1W15wt% organic matter decomposing catalyst (B) (e.g. manganese dioxide, palladium or potassium carbonate) and 40W80wt% heat-resisting binder (C) (e.g. water-soluble phosphate paint, water- soluble silicate paint or silicone paint).
