Subsequently, based on the corresponding relation of the analytic scale and the analytic time accumulated in this accumulating means 121, the analytic time corresponding to the analytic scale calculated by the calculating means 111 is designated by a designating means 131. In such a way, by calculating the analytic scale, based on the analytic data, and estimating the analytic time corresponding to this analytic scale, the analytic time can be predicted prior to the analytic processing.
