CONSTITUTION: When an incoming call exists from other node and an information processor with a terminal device in the state of absence reset 6, the mode transits to a state 7 preparing an absence response. The self-closing of the power supply of the terminal device and the self-diagnosis whether or not the preparation of receiving such as receiving recording paper or the like is finished are checked at the state 7, and when the reception is possible as the result, a corresponding control code is transmitted to transmit to a receiving state 8. If the receiving is disable, a control code signifying it is transmitted to restore to the absence reset state 6. The terminal device performs the receiving or the standby of receiving and when the received message block is excellent, the control code requesting the next block is transmitted to transit to the standby state 10.
